Now, that looks more like my kind of place!! Gorgeous trees, away from hustle/bustle, but still with city conveniences. (except for Blackberry connections). Have a great time…..
Love, Mom

I tried to call you today, then remembered the Nextel thing. I just needed info on Chicago O’hare for Sugar and Alyssa, but we figured it out. Hope you are having fun. We actually went out on the lake this morning! I’ll post pictures on http://www.arrowheadresort.blogspot.com and http://www.grandmasugar.blogspot.com.

It looks like they have made quite a few improvements there since we were there 2 years ago. We stayed in the same building you’re in, but on the bottom floor, which is half underground on the parking side if I remember. We liked that unit, but our friends Lee & Donna said that the older units that look more like the ones we had at Holly Lake are being refurbished and should be pretty nice by now.

Off to do the Shanghai Shell for dinner.

Hi Chris
What a wonderful place. You guys are so lucky & glad you had a good time despite the worry about the storms at home . Just saw some pictures from Roseanna on the Hill country that she visited & the Flowers & vegatation are just wonderful . I love blue & I LOVE FLOWERS & there was a sea of blue maybe blue bells plus a few other little beauties of different colors .You guys need to rethink where you live .Opal

Hi Opal,

It was a wonderful and very beautiful place. East Texas has these huge, tall pine trees and everything smells so fresh there. The bluebonnets aren’t just limited to the ‘hill country’ – we have them here and saw tons of them in East Texas over the weekend. I am looking forward to you maybe coming down to spend a few days with us so we can show you around.
